What was the highlight of Hotel Milano Palmanova
This hotel is far from 4-star quality, but for the price,, you get what you pay.
Hotel is close to metro, spacious room. Breakfast - coffee was OK. Only eatable things - yogurt and cornetto (aka croissant). We got complementary water in the room on the arrival.
This hotel is definitely not 4 stars—at best, it’s a 2-star experience. The room felt extremely worn, with bathroom doors that wouldn’t close properly and non-functional soap dispensers. It was also very loud, making it hard to sleep, and the beds were uncomfortable. To top it off, there were no toiletries provided. The breakfast was another disappointment—very minimal and unappetizing.

location was good.Breakfast was very basic and in the basement.In one of the room the AC was not working. It is definately not a 4 star hotel.
In the room the AC was not working and the bathroon window didnot close. the staff was not helpful.

In my opinion it is just a 2 star hotel. The breakfast is very minimal. The accommodation is run down and should be renovated.
